OUT OF THE COMFORT ZONE
Taking pictures of new things
While I normally prefer to shoot landscapes, natural areas, inanimate objects, and exposures, I occasionally venture outside of the comfort zone and get practice in shooting new things. This collection is made up of those things!
PUPS
When the pandemic started, my parents added a couple of puppies to our family, we lost our family dog the year prior, so Poncho and Posie, while chaotic beyond belief, quickly became important members of the family. I don't normally photograph animals, but I felt obligated to add a few snaps of them to the collection. (X-T4, Triangle Area, NC; 2021)
FRIENDS
This one is self explanatory. I shot a few of my friend's grad pics, as well as one of my friends working on a floating PV installation through one of the organizations that I was involved in during my undergraduate. The installation that he and another friend are working on in the photo is actually the first floating solar currently in North Carolina! If you are interested in #renewability check out his and the organization's (ASUREI) work @ IG: apostate_rei or their website: https://rei.appstate.edu. Other photos include ones that I have taken of friends, just enjoying life!
